At 7 OLAS in Fuengirola, I assess the new-build apartments through their combination of sea views
and wellness: the outlook from the chosen home and use of the facilities should match what you want.
I would not look only at the penthouse at the top of the price list. Apartment 1G has three
bedrooms, 90.68 m² built and an 18.43 m² terrace at €429,000. Penthouse C offers two bedrooms, 86.39
m² built and a 35.96 m² terrace at €709,000. These represent different choices of layout, outdoor
space and budget; the figures do not explain the cause of the price difference. Ask about the actual
outlook and community fees for both. Wellness facilities matter most if you will use them.
For the chosen home, check the open sightline, terrace layout and allocated parking and storage. The
source does not confirm community fees, IBI or refuse charges. Completion in the fourth quarter of
2029 is planned; a granted building permit has not been documented. The permit milestone in the
brochure forms part of a general construction process, not confirmation of the current permit

Behind that project description are different housing choices: apartments with two or three bedrooms
and two-bedroom penthouses. The available homes do not share a uniform terrace size. Compare the
layout and outdoor space of the individual home, rather than relying only on project visualizations.
The specifications describe a communal pool with sunbathing area, barbecue area, sauna, hammam, gym
and multipurpose room. They also specify parking spaces and a storage room for each home,
electric-vehicle charging preinstallation and security cameras. Beach club refers here to an amenity
beside the pool, not a beachfront location. Ducted air conditioning and aerothermal hot water are
specified. Visualizations illustrate the design; they do not prove every home’s view or finish.

### What should I check for each home?
For the chosen home, check the open sightline, terrace layout and allocated parking and storage. The
