three bedrooms and sea views against the individual home you are considering.
With a budget around €320,000, I would first compare U225013 and U225040: both have two bedrooms,
but the source lists built areas of 78.60 and 76.24 m² and terraces of 11.06 and 11.35 m²
respectively. For more outdoor space, ground-floor U249250 offers a 27.97 m² terrace at €345,000.
These specific differences help your decision more than the starting price alone.
Have the chosen home’s view, floor level, outdoor space and parking and storage allocations
confirmed. Community fees and the building licence are not documented in the checked pack. The
