assess the outlook and usable outdoor space together, from the places where you actually intend to
sit.
A rooftop can serve a different purpose from the terrace beside the kitchen. I would work through
everyday movements when choosing a home: coffee outside, bringing shopping indoors and going
upstairs in the evening. The images show outdoor areas on different levels; examine your own drawing
before deciding how that arrangement fits your routine. A jacuzzi also brings maintenance and a need
to confirm the included specification.
For a second home or investment, I would consider community charges, management during absences and
the delivery schedule alongside the purchase price. The pool is communal, not automatically private.
Investigate any rental plans separately: sea views and outdoor space are residential features, not a
promise of returns.
