start with how that combination fits the way you intend to use your home.
The top floor is not the only place to look for a generous terrace. Compare individual layouts and
the connection between living room and outdoor space before paying more for a particular floor. An
asking price per square metre helps identify differences, but it does not show how much usable room
your furniture and everyday activities require.
The timetable deserves a conversation before reservation. The accompanying note says that a building
permit has not yet been obtained and gives a provisional completion period. Ask for written
confirmation of the current permit position, contractual milestones and treatment of your payments.

### What are the payment and completion plans?
The reservation deposit depends on the unit price: €25,000 below €1 million and €50,000 above €1
