against your own priorities: how much do the outlook from your home and access to shared relaxation
spaces matter to you?
The spa, gym and swimming pools deserve more attention than a tick on a facilities list. I would
request the access rules and expected community contribution, then consider which spaces you would
actually use. The position of your apartment remains decisive for its sea view; general development
images cannot replace that check.
Layout calls for an individual decision too. Terraces in the available selection range from 7.17 to
114.38 m². I would first decide how much interior space you need, then choose outdoor space that
matches your daily routine. Have the parking space and storage allocation confirmed for the
particular home as well.

## Project analysis
LAKÜN PHASE II combines new-build apartments with sea views and wellness in Las Lagunas, Mijas. The
available selection comprises 35 homes: four with two bedrooms and 31 with three, all with two
bathrooms. Three are listed as ground-floor apartments; the others are recorded as middle-floor
apartments.
The development description lists two outdoor pools, a rooftop pool, a spa, indoor pool, sauna, gym
and coworking space. Communal gardens complement these facilities. Air conditioning, fitted
wardrobes and home automation are among the individual comfort features mentioned. Before reserving,
ask about final specifications, access arrangements and the community charges associated with the
shared spaces.
Apartment size and terrace size do not increase together in every case. LK-104C lists 142.90 m²
built and a 10.41 m² terrace, while ground-floor LK-100C has 144.03 m² built and a 114.38 m²
terrace. Similar built areas can therefore come with very different outdoor spaces. These examples
do not by themselves establish the quality of the view.
The LK-81A drawing makes one layout tangible: three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with a
kitchen beside the terrace. Useful interior area is 78.15 m². The drawing and price list also use
different built-area definitions. Request a clear breakdown when choosing a unit; do not simply
combine interiors, shared areas and terrace into a single living-space figure.

Fuengirola’s coast is a different trip from the nearby supermarket: consider which journeys you want
