allocation should be reviewed in the purchase documentation rather than assumed from the marketing
description alone.
The available inventory requires careful unit-by-unit comparison. The 12 available homes include
two- and three-bedroom apartments; V9 is the two-bedroom home, while the other 11 have three
bedrooms. Ground-floor and middle-floor apartments are listed, and the treatment of outside space
differs by type: gardens are described for ground-floor homes, while private pools are described for
