At SKYE, I would first select the floor plans that suit everyday use from the 14 homes on the source list. Mark furniture and clear walking space before letting a terrace photo decide the choice. I would then assess daylight, overlooking and noise separately for that shortlist.
Listed prices range from €489,000 to €790,000. The median of the individual asking prices per built m² is €5,631. Across 99.87–116.97 m² of built space, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the practical value is mainly in how your day flows through the home. A terrace of 17.92–152.42 m² can be the difference between stepping outside for some air and having proper space for a long lunch at home. I would first check the chosen home’s areas against its floor plan.
