villa in Benalmádena from the spaces you would actually use: the living room, covered terrace and
bedroom terraces.
The description places all three bedrooms upstairs, each with its own bathroom. The main suite has a
private terrace; the two guest suites share another. That distinction matters when family or friends
stay. I would also walk through the route from the independent street-level garage to the front door
and ask how shopping, luggage and daily arrivals are handled.
As an off-plan purchase, the next step is a clear set of plans and contractual arrangements. Confirm
the terrace dimensions, scope of finishes and building timetable before comparing the offer with a
