I would assess the €439,950 against how you will use apartment 3-B, rather than the largest area
figure in the listing. Usable indoor space is 56.40 m²; outdoor space is 88.45 m², mostly on the
solarium. That may appeal if the roof will be part of everyday life. Check the access upstairs and
the amount of covered space at apartment level on the plans. Two parking spaces and storage are
stated as included; have their precise numbers and rights recorded in the contract.
The schedule states the second quarter of 2027. This is not a guaranteed handover date, and the
source does not provide evidence of a granted building permit. Before buying, confirm this
