SAVIA - PHASE 2 feels less like a holiday flat and more like a compact family base in Mijas. Three bedrooms, 139 m² built and a small outdoor zone give it a practical, homely tone. Worth checking: confirm the exact outdoor space, privacy, parking, storage, community costs and delivery of shared facilities per home. Restaurants are reachable, but beaches are mainly by car; do not buy this as a walk-to-beach story.
